yea i think my Squat and DL havent dropped off much eventhough i havent been working out for more than 6 months.

i think once i get a Squat rack, i'll work on heavy Squats again like before....

Richard, thanks for dropping by in here. since you have alot of experience with the barbell lifts, i wanted to know some decent targets to achieve on most of the basic barbell lifts

well, a futile attempt to get back into things...

managed to Squat 165# a couple of times,
DL up til 215# (though i think i can squeeze about 20# more)
Clean 135#.

Paul, you're definately strong enough for most of the WODs. On the heavier stuffs, you might have to just scale it down a little but i think most weights should be managable for you.

Thrusters are done from the bottom of the full squat, while push presses are done with just a little dip of the hip (correct me if i' wrong guys)

Thruster = Front Squat into a Push Press... (i think)

i think for KB works if the weight is not stated, the general prescribed weight is 1.5pood (24kg) for Men, and 1pood (16kg) for Ladies.

you're spot on with the Wallballs, 20# for Men.

won both games Sunday and also won last night so that's 4 wins in 3 days.

won another blowout game today, didnt shoot particularly well but i manage to keep the turnovers low and made alot of plays for my teammates.

got 2 games tomorrow, one at 2.30pm & another at 9.30pm....
