OHS problem

I've got a question for you folks...

I've been working on getting 15 BW OHS's for a little while now and so far I've managed 7 reps at BW. Now here's the problem...

Starting at around 115lb OHS's I begin to notice as I stand up from the squat that the bar slants down to the left as if my right shoulder is locked out but the left isn't. Now I'm sure that if my left shoulder wasn't locked I wouldn't be able to complete 5+ reps at BW like I did so any idea whats going on?

Post a video in the digital coaching session.

I'll see what I can do about a vid. In the mean time (sort of a weird coincidence) what's happening to me looks not unlike tomorrows rest day pic on the crossfit endurance site.

Re: OHS problem

Got a guy in here that has a shoulder issue because of a previous broken scapula. He had a similar issue like that pic on the CFE site but once he really focused on squeezing those active shoulders including his traps (earmuff that sh!*) it really helped him a lot. Still a little uneven but as picture perfect as it gets for a mobility issue and he hasn't had any problems making gains. Your best bet is to submit a video and let some of the experts coach you through it. Good luck on your road to 15 bw OHS's

I have the same.
Something I found out while doing sh-presses with elastic band as extra resistance that it helped very much for that extra lock-out strenght.

Give it a try.
