Setting up two sets of pull up bars in the back yard:
1. for pull ups
2. for ring work
I was wondering what is a good height for each bar.
For the pull-up bar I figured I could measure myself from hands held up to pointed toes and add a foot for kipping room.
For the rings would I just add a couple feet from the pull up bar distance to allow for the slack line from ring to bar.
Any help is appreciated!
For the ring height you need to have enough room for head space to do a MU & not have to worry about hiting the top of your head @ the top press out of the MU therefore @ least the distancefrom the dip position of your hands to the top of your head... the more the better.
