EMOM 10 minutes, alternating 10 Deadlifts 113lb 5 Power Cleans for form 63lb July 30: EMOM 20 Min - 1 Hang Snatch, increasing weight each rep to find 1RM. Started - 33lb Finished - 99lb PR Failed 103lb numerous times, just couldn't stabilize it. |
