I have no idea how I got this strange pain in my left leg.
It feels like some kind of nerve pain, it only comes at night (not in bed, but after dinner I mean) and it feels like the pain you get if you try to touch your toes with your knees straight and the someone pushes on your back.
Ugh, it's scary because I don't have any clue about what can cause it.
Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi Sean...

Sounds to me like you have a pinched nerve, try this simple exercise and see if it helps. It is called a press-up...

Lay on your stomach, and push your upper body off the ground while keeping your hips and pelvis on the floor. Go up as high as you can without pain (don't confuse this with a push-up) you want extension in your back. Do this when you get the pain, hold for 2-4 seconds at the top and repeat 10 times, for two sets. See if this helps, you have to do it for a few days to see if it does anything.

The last I felt of that pain was 3 days ago! Thank you! I just wonder what brought it on.

Sean...

I am guessing that you had a pinched nerve... too much flexion of your back and not enough extension... this happens to a lot of people. Just keep doing extension exercises for your back and that little problem should stay away!
