Off Day exercises?
My box has a 3 days on, 1 day off schedule.
I enjoy this a lot but since I've been doing Crossfit for ~2 months now, my off days kind of kill me with boredom.
What's a good recovery day workout? Nothing too strenuous that's going to inhibit my WOD for the next day but something to get me up & moving and make me feel like I somewhat accomplished a decent workout for the day?

Also, I 100% understand the importance of a rest day and I definitely appreciate my rest days. But there are some that I want to get up and get active but I'm afraid to do something that's going to throw off my Crossfit schedule.

I'm not sure if recovery day and workout should go together, but you could always do some bodyweight stuff, like a modified Cindy (burpees for pullups).

Go for a run, swim, bike ride, etc.

Go for a nice walk or leisurely bike ride. But really you need to rest on your rest days.

I'm with Matt. Leisurely stroll or bike ride.You seem to understand the importance of rest days so make yourself take them.

Do something you enjoy aka hobby or past-time. One day off from CF, even if you set around the whole day and do absolutely nothing will not impose harm on a routine. It will help before it hurts you.
