CrossFitters in El Dorado Hills, CA
 

For any CrossFitters in the El Dorado Hills area, I would like to form an informal group to do CF workouts on weekends. Reply or email me if you are interested!

I am in the Bay Area during the week and workout with SanJose and Sunnyvale CrossFit. On weekends I am in EDH where I train clients out of my garage (I am an RKC, see [URL="http://www.garage-gym.com"]http://www.garage-gym.com[/URL]). I have most of the CF equipment (pull-up bar, plyo boxes, kettlebells, dumbells, barbells and bumper plates, dynamax and dballs). I am going to the CF Level 1 Cert this weekend in Union City and am eventually looking to start a CF affiliate in EDH.
