Ulnar nerve

I have read a bit about ulnar nerve entrapment and I think I've got a problem!
I sometimes get some numbness at the pinky side of my hand and in the forearm. The symptons aren't really severe (I don't wake up at night due to numbness etc).
Now I'd think this would be due to lifting, but I doubt it actually.
This numbness actually started couple of weeks ago during my exams, I nearly did not workout then. So I wouldn't blame exercise. On the other hand, the numbness is always there shortly after a workout.
Note that I read A LOT and usually my elbow is bent, so that might be the cause.
Any ideas?

Anyway, I am gonna keep training a bit and if it worsens go a bit lighter and if it still worsens go see a doc I guess :/

Re: Ulnar nerve

Numbness in the pinky is nearly always nerve impingement in the neck. You should see a chiropractor.

I'll keep that in mind.
Note before the numbness comes, I first have pain in wrist & elbow (& today even triceps while brushing my teeth).
First thing I'll do is drop the exercises where I have to bend my elbow too much. That is bench, overhead press and rows.
I suppose I can still do swimming, squat, deadlifts? And maybe some stuff that hit the chest etc, but while holding arms straight?

If I tell my mother I have to see a doc she will kill me!
