Seeking new coach for gym in Doha, Qatar
 

An established gym in Qatar is seeking an experienced coach to run one of their venues:

Requirements:
- Level 2 (ideally but highly experienced L1 also considered)
- Other non-crossfit certifcations (ideally L3 Personal trainer)
- Pro-active and entrepreneurial - will be expected to build community and grow membership in relatively new venue
- competitive athlete - should be very competent and all movements and a strong athlete

Job description:

- To be head coach at a new location of existing CrossFit gym.
- Coaching role will be afternoons only except for 1 or 2 weekend classes
- Remuneraton will comprise salary, car, accommodation allowance and commission
- Personal training income will supplement salary
- responsible for growing membership with social media and any other inititaives. large local catchment of affluent people just need to be made aware
- responsible for building community through events and social media etc in new location to rival very successful community in the existing venues
