WE all know the rules, i would like to invite all those with 1000# plus to post! its a huge feat!!!

Total : 1045#
Press: 205#
Deadlift: 455#
Squat: 385#

I'd love to, but I don't think I could hit this for at least another 3+ years of solid training at 135 lbs bodyweight... I need a 3x DL and squat plus a 1.5x press. Doable but gonna take a while. A long while.

I'm at 937 currently and it's one of my goals for 2007 to hit 1000. I've had individual lifts that would bring me up to 973 but that is not on the same day. I want to do this at the same bodyweight (176 lbs) and doing only the main page Crossfit WOD's. The CFT is done sporadically and not necessarily on days I would likt to do it or feel my best. Sometimes it pops up after playing soccer 3 days in a row and doubles volleyball, running 3 kids around and squeezing in some work. I'm not complaining, it's just a fact of life. I would rather hit the 1000 total based solely on the main page wod's and nutrition than to make it a focus in lieu of the metcon side. David.

1000 lbs. is almost 9x my bodyweight. Almost impossible for someone my size. Unless your name is Lamar Gant, I suppose. :lol:

Actually, I've been eagerly awaiting the next Total day for just this reason. My last Total was 995. All I need to do is add 5 lbs. to just one of my lifts and I'm there. I'd really like to get somewhere above 1020 for my next Total, be we shall see.

Squat: 425
Press: 165
Deadlift: 405

BW: 170

The Press was what killed me last time. I failed on 175 twice. I've been doing a lot of HSPU's lately, so I'm betting on a 180+ score next time.

I am a part time member,
My best was 4/12 and 3/17 with 1025
squat-420 press-170 deadlift- 435

Most recently 6/1 with 985
squat- 385 press-165 deadlift- 435
don't really know what happened, high gravity day I guess.

Last time through I was one pound short of 1,100:


Though I was carrying ~245# in bodywieght. I'm currently aiming to get back down to my pre-crossfit weight of < 220 and don't mind sacrificing strength to do it. Just tired of being so dang big.

I was at 996 with a goal of hitting 1000 by August. I've since taken some time off ME work to retrain my left leg. I suppose it will have to wait...
