3 months of crossfit.
Hey everyone! I've been doing crossfit for three months (getting closer to 4) and I just wanted to share how far I have been able to come!

21, m, 160#

Fran: 12:45 -> 3:52
Press: 125 -> 165
Deadlift: 235 -> 375
B. Squat: 235 -> 360

I used to be a track runner but then the last year before I started crossfit I slipped into the classic bodybuilding globo gym routine after I quit track. Every single time that I have attempted a 1RM I have been able to set a new record. Here's to hoping it doesn't slow down completely in the next 3 months!

That's great progress. Your gains will slow down, but you still have a lot to go. Enjoy the journey

Thanks guys! I'm going to use the open this year to just gauge where I am at and then hopefully next year I can put in some competitive scores!
