30 overhead squats (oly bar)
40 SDHP (oly bar)
50 pull ups
60 press ups
70 swings (weight of choice)
90 thrusters (oly bar)
Seems suitably nutty enough...

25#db x27 presses, 45# bar x13 SP (for HSPU)
SDHP oly bar
15# db thrusters
*err...I didn't do the pressups. I just realized that. :angry:
About 25-30 today at Brand X. Here are the scores I got.
I need to mention "the boys" Connor and David used the full weight for thrusters and such but used a 1.5 pood KB for swings.

Connor and David tore it up on Painstorm.. my meager 1:22 is ok but nothing special.. the running really tore me up.. the worst of the WOD was the 800m -> 80 burpees.. that was simply awful.
Yeah the 80 burpees are what killed my time. That and the rest of the workout :happy:

Funny thing, coming off the pull-up bar, I was thinking "this is going well, I should be done in under an hour", then along came the burpees...
