A little background:
I am 20 years old and a sophomore at Stevens Tech in Hoboken, New Jersey. I had been on crossfit for about a year before lacrosse started in February. Between then and now I have been doing the basic strength and conditioning program designed for the team with a little of the good stuff mixed in.

I have been itching to get back on the horse, and today was my first shot at it. To celebrate I did my favorite wod.

CFWU 3x 10


135 pound Clean and Jerk, 30 reps

Time: 6:12

30 Muscle ups for time

I hadn't done a muscle up in 4 months. I am going to be sore tomorrow.

95 pound Thruster

Total: 5:10 PR

I went out way too fast, doing the first round unbroken. I paid for it in the last two rounds.

Subbed 500m row for runs; I think running in my olympic lifting shoes would be interesting. The hardest part was keeping the bar in the proper position for the squats.

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

17 rounds
+13 pull ups PR

Unbroken until the 15th round. I was a little surprised, frankly.
