***1st Workout***

Strength:
Every 3 Minutes for 15 Minutes:
2 Split Jerk + 6 Split Press 115lbs
5-6 Weighted chin up 40lb vest

Work Capacity:
4 Rounds:
AMRAP Close Grip Bench Press 180lbs
AMRAP C2B PullUps
Rest 2 Minutes

Core:
2 minutes total no wall handstand holds
5 minutes total legs at six inches hold
5 minutes total pushup plank

***2nd Workout***

9-7-5
135lb snatch
muscle ups

1 Length Parallel Bar Walks

***Workout 2***

Linda: (18:17...my bodyweight is 162 so went off of 165 and rounded up)
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of the triplet:
Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight (250)
Bench press: body weight (165)
Clean: 3/4 body weight (125)

I should have introduced myself to my log, if that makes any sense. I workout in Midland, Texas at Crossfit Midland. I have been there since October of 2012. That's when I started crossfit, so I guess its been 9 months. I have a background in MMA, football, and cross country. I have a problem in which I have great desire to be the best in everything I do. Crossfit happens to me my Love at the time so look out everyone.

Tuesday - 07/16/2013 - only one workout again today with the help of 1000mg pre workout ibuprofen ha and a handful of tiger balm.... my back is still super fried don't want to make it worse so just a small strength workout

Wednesday 07/17/2013 - probably just going to keep it to one workout for the rest of the week then take the weekend off because of my back...I sound like a wiener but rather be cautious then out

Thursday 07/18/2013 - Still one workout today but made it worth my while...I have a team competition coming up where I have to do Amanda and some other things and I finally have exceeded my time goal so ready for the competition in a few weeks....
