I did 1 chest-to-bar pullup and 1 dip for each muscle up. For box jump I did about 38". Time= 6:15

Took around 24:00, I skipped double unders and rope climbs, took my time, gym was super busy

Time was 13:40, used a 50lb kb since thats all they had, and lost alot of time having to go to the treadmill and back
