Looking for some good crockpot or soup recipe's...

Does anyone have any good crockpot or soup recipe's that they can share with me. The weather has started to turn and I am ready for the good winter food. Thanks in advance.

There are also a bunch on paleofood.com (w/fs), scattered throughout the various sections. I've never been disappointed with any of those I've tried.

Chris, Crock Pot cooking works year round. I suggest buying a cookbook, I have this one:

Low-Carb Slow Cooker Recipes: Healthy Dinners That Are Ready When You Are! (Paperback) Dana Carpender

Does not have to be low carb, but there are some tasty recipes. While you can find almost anything on line now a days, a few good cookbooks make a worthy addition to any kitchen.

I'm a big fan of pork butt + spices and 1 cup of apple cider vinegar. Just made it for dinner tonight, had 2lb of pork and still hungry. Gotta love SS.

I'll second the pork butt and just dump 2 whole jars of hot salsa in with it. All day on low and it pulls apart.

I know that campbell's soup isn't the best thing for you but ...

A 3 - 4 pound chuck/pot roast with a family sized cream of mushroom soup for 8 hours on low .....

I don't think this is paleo or anything but its easy and tasty.

3 lb roast
1 can of peppercinis
A few cloves of garlic

Poke holes in the roast and stick the garlic in and cook on low for 8 hours or so. You can add cheese at the end or put it on a roll or whatever.

Nice Joe. I've had the Peppercinis for months, just can't get around smoking the roasts instead of crocking potting, but it's on my To Eat list.

Simple, fast and tasty, can't beat it.
