Changing City and State

I was able to change my country from Australia to Singapore, but City and State will not save? It remains as Perth WA even though I type Singapore and click save.

Y'all can't change your locations because we had a :ranting2: from CT who thought that it would be cute to change his location to "Doinwurk", and another :stir: who thought "Florabama" was cute.

So, now, nobody can change their own location.

Is Singapore a city, or a country, or both?

Singapore is both (a city, and a country (a "city-state", if you will)).

Yes.

Or like: Monaco, or, if you'll allow a little bit of country outside the city proper, the "microstates" of: San Marino, Andorra, and Lichtenstein; Hong Kong (ok, that one is not, technically, a "country"), and probably a few others.

Actually, look up "microstates" in Wikipedia and you start coming up with all kinds of very small nation-states and/or pseudo-states, most of which I now want to go visit.
