Progress from Crossfit and Starting Strength
Progress pic attached. Since the before pic, I've done main-site programming, Starting Strength, and now CF Football. I can see improvements especially in my shoulders and my lower back (can't see my spine any more, haha.) I was about 143lb before, now 167, 24lb's up.
Little by little!
