what are "pressing workouts"

I was just reading an old CF Journal and the phrase “include as a warm-up for every non-pressing workout and as a cool down for pressing workouts” came up. What are “pressing workouts” simply those with “shoulder presses” and “push presses” and "bench presses?

Thanks, Mischa

I would say dips and push-ups are "presses" as well. Musle-ups too, if dips are included.

Handstand pushups, push presses, and jerks all count too.
