This is my last set for the day today. 255x5. Warmed up then did 235x5, 245x5, 255x5. Felt good. Tell me what you think. Good, bad, ugly, whatever.

They looked pretty solid.
But what were you doing with your hips after every rep? You'd go down, squat up and then maybe overextend your hips? I'm not saying it is bad, it just looked a little strange and I wonder if you are too loose or not locked in.

I really don't know. I guess I am overextending them. Trying to stand straight up before starting down.

Good depth and strength. Hard to tell what the knees are doing, but there's just a hint of lumbar flexion at the bottom of the squat that you can improve on. Focus on externally rotating the hips (knees out) as much as possible at the bottom of the squat. Otherwise, looks good.

looks like you give a little thrust forward before going down one each squat. Form looks very good and I'm sure this isn't a big deal. Just an observation.
