A little uneven in the transition (you're right-handed, aren't you?). You get your right elbow high into the dip position before your left. On the rings you lose your false grip after the first rep. But pretty good overall.

Thanks for the input. I am definitely right handed. Working on that ol'left! Also working on that false grip.

keep your arms in closer to your body. they seem a bit wide. the fact that you are able to do them wide like that means you're very strong, and if you change your form a bit you'll be able to crank of many more in a row more efficiently.

also, by the third rep you lose the false grip and your hands are turned out.
