Good Work Richard. I like what you're doing. Controlled. Good depth. Good spine position. Hells flat from what I can see. My only knit picky criticism would be bring your hips further forward when you lock out. Your upper body seems to be a little forward when your at the top position. Other than that - good work!!! I'm sure others will comment.

Oh, and the link is family and work safe. :-D

All the best,

I see a less pronounced "roll under" of the pelvis, than in the other thread I started. But it's there. This is just something I am looking for and wondering about. I cannot say if its Ok or not.

And it's not really just BS, right? It's actually an exercise or something? Not exactly a useful title, accompanied by an unexplained link. Glad one of you looked at it, to save me deleting it.

Sorry Lynne. BS stands for Back Squat.

Thanks for the comments guys.

You're able to control the bar well for as fast as you're coming down. If you find when the weight increases that you're having a hard time preventing your upper body from coming forward at the bottom, slow your descent.
