i've been doing the L-sits pretty consistantly, as well as the tuck planches. i got up to the advanced tuck, and just for the heck of it, i wanted to see if i could extend it. this is what i got.

am i on the right track?


p.s. i know the hips have to be higher. will that just come with more practice, or do i have to do something else beisde just get stronger?

Hi Michael,
As i am still at the tuck planche phase i am certainly not an expert, but from what i can see by your technique i.e. the low hips is that your core strength needs improving.

he same things happens to me if i start to extend my legs....i think that its too soon for you to progress to the next level.

How long can you hold the tuck planche? can you hold the advanced tuck for at least 30 seconds? if not i think staying at this stage of your training would be the best thing.

as i say, i'm not coach sommer but that my two cents worth. seeing as no one else replied i thought i'd share some advice,
