actually not too bad... after viewing a few times you have good initial velocity ( watch yur back for driving backwards a lil) you pull yourself nicely down, looks like on the 185 you muscled it up a lil high but otherwise not too bad, watch for over flaring your legs out on the heavier cleans, kindof a cheat, dont have as much up drive this way.

PS youll be hearing from my chiro... better angles pls ;)

put the camera upright when you video tape :P lol, just annoying watchin with yur neck craned... if you have a video editing software you can do it easily with a rotate option... just makes for easier and convienient watching! good luck with todays snatches!

The bar should brush the thighs but instead in the vid the bar was about 4" in front of your thighs.
