This is from today's workout. This is the first time I've videoed this lift, so I instantly saw a lot. My own critiques are:

-Need to catch in better rack position. I fall forward each time because of the catch position.

-Not much of a jump. Probably need to keep weight low and work on leg strength.

Please let me know what you see. Be brutally honest...I won't learn from kindness at this point!

Start with your shoulders over the bar. Right now they are behind the bar.

Get the elbows up higher on the rack position.

Ryan, in watching your vid, I have the following question. At the beginning of each rep shouldn't you start from the jump position? It looks like you don't reset your feet and you remain in the land position.

I was planning on doing this WOD tomorrow and I want to make sure I do it right.
