Ok, I just did my first last night. This here is my 3rd one.

Critique as needed. I just want to know if it looks ok and if there's anything that needs improvement.

Very good. You muscle-up like I do.

Try it from a full hang now. Bend your knees if you need, to clear the floor.

as for the muscle up, you jumped into it and the bottom half was skimped of major ROM, but you went through the transition (the hardest part) slowly and without much of a kip and the dominated the dip part... so it looks like maybe you need to work false grip pull ups. if imwrong about your strengths and weaknesses, just work what you feel are your weaknesses.

1. Don't jump
2. Keep the rings closer to your torso (leaving them out makes it harder)

Otherwise, looks fine. You might want to practice hitting false grip as you're coming down so you can chain reps.

Thanks alot for the help... I'll be working on them. I'll probably post a "fixed" MU in a week or two.
