i'm a newbie on overhead movements, so I may not be the best to comment.

I think you're doing very well. The weights looked easy. Very strong. The only thing I'd like to see you do a bit better is get your head further forward and the bar over your head to where it's about level with your ears.

There's something I'm starting to understand that has to do with the bar trajectory. Basicly, you "stick your head through the window." For some reason, when I started doing it, the bar started travelling a lot faster for me.

Don't know if that helps much. I'm still learning. I hope to have a much more intelligent observation in a few months.

Yep, the SP and the PP suffered from not getting your head fast enough through the bar. If you go to the main site and then click on exercises and demos you can watch Mark Rippetoe do some coaching on the press and such. Right after the bar passes the face you want to drive [the head] through that window of your arms.

As for the PJ looked fine to me except you weren't getting full extension in the hips. So you were going to almost full extension but still a little bent at the hips and knees before dropped down. Obviously if the weight was heavier you'd have to extend more so you had more time to drop under the weight but because you were using a pretty light weight you could just cheat like that without extending all the way.
