Just started climbing the rope last week. On Wednesday, after one trip up I got off and my bones starting hurting me. Went back the next day and did 2 thrusters and it came back. Didn't do the WOD. Since then I've been having what I Call "Spasms" inside my bones that last for about 2 to 5 seconds. They come every 5 to 10 minutes. Is this normal or something to be worried about? This sucks, big time.
