I do realise that some of these topics may have been seen before, but things change and we learn from mistakes. I would like to get your recommendations because our ressources are VERY limited and we want to put athletes and public alike through training sessions.

What 3 Dumbbell weights would you recommend getting in order to complete metabolic Crossfit type conditioning sessions?

Would you get SlamBalls or MedBall (which one will allow the most exercises for the dollar)?

What distance would you leave between a wall and a pull-up bar that is attached to it? How much does one need for a 'regular' kip range of motion?

For pull up bars, get 2 heavy duty boxing bag wall mounts from titleboxing.com and a long steel pipe to span between them. I had one that was 9 feet apart and could handle three 200lb guys kipping the hell out of it.

Is the steel pipe welded to the bag hangers? How "solid" does it feel when you kip on it?
